Roast Ham Title copy

1 gammon from Partridge farm Meats!!10-12 black peppercorns3-4 bayleavesYour choice of root vegtables MarmaladeBrown sugarMustard powder

1. Soak your gammon for 24hrs changing the water
  3/4 times.

2. After 24hrs pour off water, put gammon in pan & fill with fresh water. Bring to boil.

3. Put peppercorns, bayleaves & whatever root veg you want into pan & simmer for 3 hours.

4. Take off heat & allow to cool in liquid.

5. Remove skin & score fat.

6. Mix marmalade, sugar & mustard powder together and spread over gammon.

7. Roast in oven for 3/4 of an hour.
