Partridge Farm Sausage meat1 pack of puff pastry1 whisked eggFlour1 Rolling pin
Sprinkle flour over the area you will be working at & rub into rolling pin.
Cut block of puff pastry in half roll out 1st half and squidge sausage meat down the middle.
Repeat with 2nd half.
Brush whisked egg down one side of pastry and fold pastry round sausagemeat, brush the
top with egg and prick holes along the top & cut into whatever size sausage rolls you prefer.
Cook in oven on medium temp for 15 mins, keeping an eye on them
Eat hot anytime of the day, they are delicious!!!
